All Sales Are Final

  • Once a purchase is made, it is considered final. Refunds are not offered.

Product Inspection

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing and inspecting the product at the time of purchase or upon delivery.

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or not the item ordered, you must notify the sales associate or delivery personnel immediately.

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • If an issue is reported at the time of receipt, the product may be:

    • Exchanged for a new item of equal value, or

    • Returned for store credit (valid for future purchases).

Restocking Fee

  • If the item is returned without immediate notification, or for reasons other than damage/incorrect product, a 30% restocking fee will apply.

Conditions for Exchange or Credit

  • The product must be in its original packaging and unused.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
