Once a purchase is made, it is considered final. Refunds are not offered.
Product Inspection

Customers are responsible for reviewing and inspecting the product at the time of purchase or upon delivery.

If the product is damaged, defective, or not the item ordered, you must notify the sales associate or delivery personnel immediately.
Exchanges & Store Credit

If an issue is reported at the time of receipt, the product may be:

Exchanged for a new item of equal value, or

Returned for store credit (valid for future purchases).

Restocking Fee

If the item is returned without immediate notification, or for reasons other than damage/incorrect product, a 30% restocking fee will apply.
Conditions for Exchange or Credit

The product must be in its original packaging and unused.

Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
